Her customer service skills are top notch and make every customer feel like family with her transparency and positivity. Additionally, the crew who worked on my vehicle immediately took it in (even with no appointment and a super busy lot) and fixed my issue within four hours! Everyone was very transparent as pricing was broken down honestly. The staff explained the problems my vehicle was having very simply which was super helpful as I do not know much about cars.
