Friendly and professional people. Did the leg work with my warranty company. Gave me a discount for my out of pocket costs. Even cleaned my engine compartment after replacing the fuel injector, etc. Top off fluids where they needed to be. Test drove my vehicle after work was completed.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS SHOP, I’m sure they’ll delete this so I’ll make sure I leave it on yelp and other places. Truck caught fire on way home and they were the last ones to work on it, they want to argue that we had to call 911 to have fire department dispatched for smoke in the cab. Then they stole paperwork from highway patrol out of truck and called them to find out that we were telling the truth. We had truck towed back for them to look at as we hadn’t paid the bill over 2 hours prior. They refuse to reimburse the tow bill and they say they didn’t cause the insulation from fire wall to fall down but they were the last ones to work on it and it wasn’t like that when it was given to them. Kyle claims his a volunteer firefighter and that he knows when somethings been on fire, so I guess if the truck had been a total lose, Kyle would believe us but they apparently wouldnt have been responsible or been any more professional then they are being. We paid our almost 2,000 bill and this is ther customer service. They found the neutral safety switch had a piece broke, they shoved the broken piece back in part and shoved it back on truck, Kyle’s exact words not mine. Very unprofessional shop and would give them a zero if possible, would not recommend and have started spreading the word. Twist that all you want but the truck didn’t have the issue that caught it on fire or you should have put it on the list and “fixed” it the same way you “fixed” the Nuetral Safety switch, which you charged us for and never replaced. Now we’ve had to order the part some where else and have them fix it. You have very poor business practices. You also have a blessed day, sir.

Tiffany, upon calling to make an appointment for your sons truck, you advised that the vehicle had been to two shops previously. Your vehicle was in for us to fix the oil pan and turbo drain leak. We did a complete check on the vehicle and advised you of the oil leak and right rear wheel seal needed to be repaired. In that phone call you advised us NOT to repair the right rear wheel seal, as your son had lost the wheel lock and would do it himself at a later date. When we received you calls and emails about the “fire” we immediately left what we were doing outside of our business hours to check on the vehicle. We found no evidence of a fire under the hood or in the cab and became very confused. The next day when we arrived to look over the vehicle again in the day light we were still confused. We started the vehicle with caution and there was absolutely no smoke, fire, spark or any other indication we would have an issue. It ran just as it did when it left the shop, in great working order. Upon going for a test drive we did notice the vehicles cab filling with smoke. We stopped and found it to be coming from the right rear wheel seal that we advised replacement, in which you declined because of that missing wheel lock. The paperwork you are claiming was “stolen” was left on top of the console and offered to us to look over by both you and your son. We did make a phone call to the highway patrolman who was on scene and both said you were not forced as you said to tow it but rather chose to do that. You also chose a tow company who changed you to drive from Sedalia to Warrensburg where the vehicle was located and then to have it towed back to Grain Valley, all of which cost you double, I’m sure you weren’t expecting to have to pay so you didn’t care. When your son showed up to pick the truck up after it had been towed back to us we gladly went over all the findings with him while you stayed in your vehicle. We showed him everything and he admitted to doing a lot of the work himself that you claimed had been done incorrectly by other shops. We do wish both you and your son luck and blessings in the future with this vehicle and others. Blessings. The neutral safety switch was never fixed by us because the part was ordered by the shop we picked it up from. Which you were suppose to take back to Which you never did.

Drew’s always takes care of my truck. Always honest and no unnecessary repairs. The staff is great! No wonder they have had to move to a larger space a second time in a couple of years.

Very professional, followed up with phone calls to ensure appointment was correct and reminded of the date/time. Conducted testing on the vehicle and received a phone call on the findings of the analysis with an approx. cost breakdown.
