The team at Drew’s is amazing!! I want to give a big shout out to Kennedy! She is helpful and efficient when it comes to assisting in the repair process. Her customer service skills are top notch and make every customer feel like family with her transparency and positivity. Additionally, the crew who worked on my vehicle immediately took it in (even with no appointment and a super busy lot) and fixed my issue within four hours! Everyone was very transparent as pricing was broken down honestly. The staff explained the problems my vehicle was having very simply which was super helpful as I do not know much about cars. I will never go anywhere else and will be recommending Drew’s to friends and family! Thank you!

Drew's offered free oil changes for the 12 days of Christmas and I was able to get in for the offer (which was amazing due to needing a oil change right around the holidays). They were easy to communicate with and schedule an appointment. I dropped my car off and they had it ready for me out front by the time I got off of work. I like the electronic request for further repair (brakes and rotors - which I was already aware of so spot on and no additional services trying to be charged). I was able to approve or deny electronically which is great when you work a desk/phone job and unable to answer phone calls right away. I will definitely be going back for further service and recommend them to anyone I come across needing repairs.
